IT Legal Counsel (Fluent Ukrainian)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts, including investment agreements, convertible notes, service contracts, partnership agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies;
• Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on international regulatory matters, with a focus on compliance in the USA, EU, Asia, and the Gulf region;
• Facilitating mergers and acquisitions, while providing legal due diligence for potential investment opportunities;
• Ensuring legal compliance across all business operations and jurisdictions;
• Performing thorough due diligence for potential investments, ensuring compliance and identifying risks.

What you will need:

• Master's degree in law;
• 3+ years of professional experience;
• Experience working in an IT product company;
• Fluent communication skills of written and spoken Ukrainian and English (B2+);
• Experience contributing to the continuous reviewing, drafting, and negotiating of agreements;
• Excellent analytical, legal writing, and research skills;
• Being goal-oriented, ambitious, and ready to take on challenges.

Would be a HUGE plus:
