Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using [React.js](http://react.js/), Typescript, tanstack, zustand, react-router and react-query.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and performant user experiences.
  • Lead and Mentor: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
  • Optimize: Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Innovate: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, suggesting improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our products.
  • Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development with at least 3 years specifically in [React.js](http://react.js/).
  • Proficiency: Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Tools: Experience with popular [React.js](http://react.js/) workflows (such as Flux or Redux) and common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Design: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTML/CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Testing: Proficiency in unit testing using frameworks like Mocha, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
  • Best Practice's: CI/CD and Clean Architecture
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge about relational databases (PostgreSQL,...)
  • Development and architecture patterns
  • Experience working with Agile.
  • Devops Knowledge (AWS, Docker, Github Actions...)
  • Jira, confluence.
  • English (min B2) and Spanish.
