Summary

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET (C#) and React to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, robust, and high-quality web applications, contributing across the entire development lifecycle—from backend services to modern frontend interfaces.

As a senior engineer, you bring deep hands-on experience, technical leadership, and a problem-solving mindset. You will help guide architectural decisions, mentor peers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver performant, secure, and user-centered software solutions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of experience designing and building software applications.
  • 3+ years of experience working with .NET technologies in backend development.
  • 2+ years of experience building frontend applications with React or similar frameworks.

Soft Skills

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and open to learning new technologies.
  • Skilled in time management, technical mentoring, and negotiation.
  • Strong capacity for providing technical support and cross-team collaboration.

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, and Entity Framework for backend development.
  • Experience building frontend interfaces using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
  • Skilled in designing and consuming APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
  • Proficient in unit testing and writing maintainable, testable code.
  • Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern DevOps workflows.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Understanding of security best practices (e.g., OWASP, OAuth).
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching, load balancing).
  • Familiarity with legacy system support and maintenance workflows.
  • Experience working on system migrations or platform transitions.
