Join our APAC team in Malaysia as a Mandarin & Cantonese-Speaking Virtual Travel Consultant! We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Virtual Travel Consultant specializing in Lifestyle Management to complement our APAC team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in dedicated cruise ship sales, hands-on experience as a Cruise Specialist, and demonstrated success in flight sales.

Requirements

• Proven Industry Experience: Expertise in dedicated cruise ship sales within a travel agency, tour operator, or concierge business.
• Hands-on experience as a Cruise Specialist within a travel agency (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in flight sales, including working with complex itineraries and multi-sector routes, ideally using Amadeus or similar GDS systems.
• Destination Knowledge & Passion: A deep enthusiasm for a wide variety of leisure and city destinations.
• A strong track record of creating bespoke luxury holidays for high-net-worth clients.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Dedication to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
