Manager, Performance Creative Strategy

Wpromote is looking for a Creative Manager/Strategist, Performance Creative, to join a passionate team of professionals currently serving 20+ clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start up entrepreneurs. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual who has a passion for social media, a sharp creative eye, and a keen interest in continuing a career in digital marketing. As a Creative Manager, Performance Creative, you’re equal parts strategist, collaborator, manager, operator, and performance marketer. You’ll oversee a specific set of clients, driving how we develop, test, scale, and systemize their creative for today’s ever-changing environment. You’ll bring a deep understanding of performance creative and how to build campaigns that convert, as well as a forward-looking mindset that embraces innovation, particularly around how AI tools can drive smarter, faster creative development in partnership with human ingenuity. This is an opportunity to shape the future of performance creative at scale.The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $72,500 - $85,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. - Developing performance-centric integrated creative campaigns for mid-tier clients, adapting their brand identity and guidelines into audience-specific messaging aligned with channel best practices
- Supporting client relationships and communicating effectively to build client confidence through clear and timely responses
- Collaborating on monthly briefs with the design team and helping to generate client buy-in on concepts and strategy to develop static and video asset libraries media buyers can use for testing
- Assisting in managing the client's monthly creative budget to ensure optimal allocation towards performance-driving assets
- Contributing to creative strategy development for new business prospects under guidance from senior team members
- Reviewing performance data and using learnings to inform future campaign execution with support from senior colleagues
- Participating in testing roadmap development to ensure iterations are backed by data and logic
- Managing creative production timelines to ensure client deliverables are met on schedule
- Staying current on emerging formats, channels, and growth opportunities to contribute to compelling brand-response campaigns
- Supporting creative needs across Paid Social, Programmatic, YouTube, Display and Amazon services
- Identifying opportunities to improve our Performance Creative service with guidance from senior team members
- Participating in internal trainings and cross-departmental initiatives
You Must Be
- At least 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles managing creative deliverables
- At least 1 year agency experience
- Experience working with media buyers at a digital agency or brand to analyze performance data and understand which assets perform best
- Strong communication skills for client presentations and relationship management
- Ability to handle client situations with appropriate escalation when needed
- Creative eye and experience contributing to performance-driven creative campaigns
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and its application to paid media platforms
- Ability to analyze media testing within FB Ads Manager and review data from platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube
- Understanding of the key elements that make effective ads across different industries
- Knowledge of effective copywriting and text overlay strategies for different audiences and campaign objectives
- Experience supporting new business pitches and existing client growth initiatives
