Part-Time Customer Service Representative Location: Alpharetta, GA Company: Midway Self Storage Pay: $13 – $15 per hour Midway Self Storage, a locally owned and operated self-storage facility in Alpharetta, GA, is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representativeto join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for college students, teachers, or active retirees looking for flexible part-time work in a friendly, low-stress environment. About the Role:

• Schedule: Saturdays 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Sundays 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Additional Availability: Opportunity to work extra days as needed
• Preferred: Applicants with open availability are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Commitment: We are looking for someone interested in a long-term role with our company.
• Environment: Office setting with some outdoor duties; must be comfortable around dogs
• Location: On-site at 105 Mauldin Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30004
• Ideal Commute: Candidates should live within 20 minutes of the facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Rent storage units and parking spaces; upsell merchandise
• Handle payments in person and over the phone
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer account notes
• Report customer and property issues to the property manager
• Clean vacated units and maintain overall property cleanliness
• Perform lock checks and walk the property (up to 1–2 miles/day)
• Assist the property manager with various tasks and projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
