Medical Nursing Consultant (Remote)

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Nursing Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide expert clinical advice, guidance, and support to our healthcare services team to ensure compliance, quality, and the best patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans. • Review and analyze medical records to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and quality standards. • Provide clinical consultation to internal teams and external partners on complex cases. • Support the development of policies and procedures to enhance clinical workflows. • Monitor patient care trends and suggest strategies for improvement. • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations. Qualifications: • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a consulting or advisory role. • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and medical terminology. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
