About the Role: Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking a talent Business Process Consultant to join our ServiceNow team. The ServiceNow Business Process Consultants at Fragomen enable the firm to maintain and implement a variety of both regional and worldwide technical solutions. How will you make a difference as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant at Fragomen? • Assist in delivering, maintaining, and implementing ServiceNow Scoped Applications • Be interested and able to consistently upskill in lesser known areas of the ServiceNow platform • Create high level and technical level documentation with process diagrams • Configure simple ServiceNow modules via Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, etc. • Deliver demos and requirements as needed • Create functional user stories and appropriate acceptance criteria • Ability to understand configuration complexity and the impact to implementations • Inform testing activities that support ServiceNow implementations • Determine, prioritize, log, track, fix, and test defects Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen: • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant is preferred • Previous ServiceNow experience will be required • ServiceNow Certifications, such as the CSA, are a plus • Recent graduates of the ServiceNow RiseUp program will be potentially suited for the role Benefits: At Fragomen, we know that great people make a great organization.
