Job Title: Event Staff (Part-Time)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Event Staff member at NBCUniversal, one of the leading media and entertainment companies in the US. This part-time role offers flexible hours under 4 hours per day, with a competitive hourly wage. Job Description:

As Event Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service during various events. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with event set-up, managing registration, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the event space is clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

– Assist in the set-up and tear-down of events

– Provide excellent customer service to all guests and vendors

– Manage registration and check-ins for events

– Coordinate with vendors and event coordinators

– Maintain a clean and organized event space

Requirements:

– Exceptional customer service skills

– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

– Strong problem-solving skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Further education in hospitality or event management is a plus.

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
