Job Description:
As an Instacart Express Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for collecting the grocery orders from various stores and delivering them to the customers’ homes. You will be a critical link between our company and our customers, ensuring that orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and with excellent service.
Requirements:
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– Valid U.S. driver’s license.
– Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and carry them up and down stairs.
– Must have a reliable vehicle that is insured and complies with all applicable state and local laws.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Proficiency in using GPS and other routing systems.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Collect orders from various stores using the Instacart application.
– Use GPS and other routing systems to find the most efficient delivery route.
– Deliver orders to customers’ homes and verify their identity (if necessary) before handing over the orders.
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing customers’ questions and handling complaints professionally.
– Maintain cleanliness and safety of your vehicle.

Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
– Previous experience in delivery driving is preferred but not mandatory as we provide paid training.
