Job Description:
As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, maintaining a well-stocked and organized shop floor, and assisting with inventory management. You will play a significant role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales for the store.
Responsibilities:
– Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries
– Accurately processing all cash and credit payments
– Maintaining a clean and tidy store
– Assisting with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
– Comply with all sales related policies and procedures
– Support the team in reaching common goals
Requirements:
– Experience in retail is preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– A customer-centric approach
– Ability to multitask and handle changing priorities
– Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Educational Qualifications:
– High School diploma or equivalent
