Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input high‑volume records into the QuickClaim system using a steady stream of scanned images, ensuring each entry meets strict accuracy standards.
  • Document Classification: Identify and categorize document types based on provided documentation, applying industry‑specific knowledge to streamline processing.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify entered data, confirming that it exceeds quality benchmarks and complies with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Safeguard all Personal Health Information (PHI) by adhering to HIPAA standards and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Interact professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional staff to resolve issues and share insights.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively suggest enhancements to existing workflows, tools, and procedures to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Task Completion: Manage daily workload until all assigned tasks are completed, ensuring consistent productivity and reliability.
  • General Office Support: Perform additional basic office duties as assigned, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the team.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • Typing Proficiency: Minimum 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy and 4,500 keystrokes per hour (KPH) with 95% accuracy on standardized tests.

Preferred Qualifications – Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Prior experience in healthcare data entry, medical billing, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and data privacy best practices.
  • Experience using document management or imaging systems similar to QuickClaim.
  • Basic understanding of electronic data interchange (EDI) concepts.
  • Exposure to automation tools or robotic process automation (RPA) platforms.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

Hourly Rate: $12 per hour, with opportunities for performance‑based incentives.

Schedule Flexibility: Both part‑time (minimum 20 hours per week) and full‑time positions are available. Preferred full‑time schedule, with shifts ranging from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm CST, Monday‑Friday.
