Key Responsibilities
- Medical Record Retrieval: Access and extract patient medical records from a variety of hospital information systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Itemized Billing Preparation: Generate detailed patient bills in formats required for internal reviews and external audits, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Data Extraction & Entry: Accurately input critical data into hospital patient accounting systems, maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms.
