[Remote] Account Manager

Alliance Consumer Products is a fast-growing, innovative company in the consumer goods space seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager. The role involves managing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and driving revenue across assigned accounts in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Proactively manage account needs, resolve issues, and deliver tailored solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals, market trends, and industry dynamics
- Execute targeted sales strategies across assigned accounts or territories
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas and team KPIs
- Negotiate contracts and expand business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Lead virtual client meetings with professionalism and clarity
- Track and analyze account performance, delivering regular updates to leadership
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage client interactions and pipeline activity
- Use market insights to refine strategies and optimize outcomes
- Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to enhance the client experience
- Share client feedback internally to help shape service improvements
- Collaborate with fellow sales team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute new ideas
- Actively pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
Skills
- 2–4 years in account management or B2B sales, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident leading virtual meetings and presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client engagement
