[Remote] Senior Product Manager - Fleet

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hertz is one of the largest global mobility organizations, currently undergoing a significant digital transformation. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and communicate product vision and strategy, conduct market research, and oversee the development of fleet management technologies utilizing AI and ML.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and market needs
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in AI/ML, telematics, and vehicle diagnostics
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback and business objectives
• Oversee the ideation, definition, development, testing, launch, and monitoring of features end-to-end
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies
• Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes, fostering transparency and trust
• Provide training and support to service partners and customers, ensuring they can effectively use the product

Skills

• Bachelor's degree; Prefer an MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience (e.g. vision setting, product definition, trade off making, testing, release management, measurement / feature enhancement, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
• Ability to influence
• Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
