We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on AI integration, data management, and automation to drive business value.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions
  • Manage data lifecycle processes, ensuring high data quality and integrity
  • Develop and enforce policies for data governance and compliance
  • Automate business processes using Power Platform and AI tools
  • Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
  • Maintain and optimize Dynamics 365 and related data systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI, Dynamics 365, and data management
  • Propose and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in AI, data management, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot Studio and the ability to build agents
  • Strong knowledge of automation, analytics, and data governance
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a structured, cross-functional environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams
  • Experience working collaboratively across departments to support solution development and implementation
  • Exposure to AI or data-driven applications in a business setting, including custom-built solutions tailored to specific business needs
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar enterprise tools
  • Familiarity with data processing, analytics, or reporting workflows
  • Experience deploying or supporting applications in production environments, including basic monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or AI/ML technologies
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python for data analysis and automation
