The role involves engaging with warm leads to identify upgrade opportunities and closing sales while managing a pipeline and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Taking calls with current students to identify upgrade opportunities
- Closing upsells and cross-sells into higher-level programs
- Following up with warm leads and existing students
- Handling retention conversations and preventing churn when needed
- Owning your pipeline and revenue targets
Skills
- Sales experience
- High-ticket preferred
- Comfortable closing and asking for the sale
- Strong communicator who can control conversations
- Not passive. You create urgency and move people forward
- Competitive and performance-driven
- Coachable and open to feedback
