[Remote] Transit & Airport Data Sales Support Associate

Lamar Advertising Company is one of the largest outdoor advertising companies in the world, and they are seeking a Transit & Airport Data Sales Support Associate to assist in data-driven decision making within their Transit and Airport divisions. The role involves executing sales support strategies, maintaining data accuracy, and collaborating with sales teams to fulfill client needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily sales support locally and nationally for Transit and Airport sales teams. This includes, but is not limited to: providing high-quality support, ensuring that compelling data, research, mapping, and ratings are delivered through Highspot, and optimizing the customer touchpoint program
• Support the execution of sales support strategies, including lead generation, audience research, and data analysis
• Assist in the creation, formatting, and distribution of Lamar Intelligence marketing materials, data outputs, and data-driven insights for RFP responses to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain and update data within Lamar Intelligence platforms and supporting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Monitor and coordinate the maintenance of the Transit National Sales Proposal Generator
• This focus includes, but is not limited to: products, availability status, rates, negotiation parameters, impressions, and production details
• Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to fulfill data requests and support client needs
• Support training initiatives by coordinating materials, assisting with sessions, and reinforcing platform usage best practices
• Support day-to-day operational tasks, assist with monthly leadership reporting, and complete additional projects as requested by the Strategist and AVP to improve efficiency and drive revenue, ensuring all deadlines are upheld

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required in an applicable field: Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or Business
• 1-2 years of related work experience, preferably in the outdoor advertising industry
• Above-mentioned experience in the outdoor advertising industry
• Experience working with data platforms, CRM systems, or sales tools
• Experience in media and familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
