Job Summary

As an Experienced Claims Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely resolutions to claims customer service inquiries, advising clients on the status of their claims, and coordinating follow-ups with claims adjusters. You will also provide support and backup assistance to other areas of the Customer Service Center as needed. Responsibilities

* Provide accurate and timely resolutions to claims customer service inquiries, ensuring that clients receive the support they need in a timely and professional manner.

  • Advise clients by telephone on the status of their claims inquiries, providing clear and concise information to ensure their understanding and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate client follow-ups with claims adjusters, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide support and backup assistance to other areas of the Customer Service Center as needed, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to arenaflex's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.

Requirements

* Previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Insurance experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems are highly desirable.
  • Must be located within proximity to the Allentown office, with full-time and part-time positions available.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Insurance experience, with a strong understanding of claims processing and customer service principles.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in multiple languages.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a strong focus on team management and development.
