Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will engage with customers from across the nation, providing them with solutions and information about our products. You'll be a part of a supportive team that values each member's contributions and encourages professional growth. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's problem and determining the best solution

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Engage with the team to share insights and improve customer service practices

Requirements

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory

Educational Qualifications
