Job Title:

Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Operational Accounting Assistant 2

Job Duration:

6 months (Possible Extension)

Work Location:

Sioux Falls, SD 57104 (Onsite)

Shifts:

Monday – Friday (Business Hours)

Pay Rate:

$18/hour

Key Responsibilities:

* Support operational accounting functions, including data entry, processing correspondence from customers, and researching check status

• Proactively seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
• Interact with client personnel on a range of information, including processing accounting entries and creating customer letters
• Perform moderately complex operational support tasks, including manual data entry or updating data in spreadsheets
• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control

Required Skills:

* Highly data-driven, with experience in manual data entry or updating data in spreadsheets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve issues
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in operational accounting or a related field

• Familiarity with accounting software and systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
