The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of our Cornerstone Brands team, handling inbound customer calls and providing assistance with orders and accounts. You'll work remotely to drive sales, promote products, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Our specialists are the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for someone who can problem-solve, de-escalate unique situations, and sustain a high-paced call volume.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls and provide assistance with orders and accounts

  • Drive sales and promote products effectively
  • Problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations
  • Work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
  • Sit for long periods of time
  • Follow arenaflex computer system requirements
  • Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations
  • Familiarity with arenaflex computer system requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Ability to speak multiple languages

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Starting rate of $15.00/hour

System Requirements

* Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old

  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
  • Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
  • Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings

Training Schedule

* Six-week, paid training program that requires full attendance and involvement throughout

  • Training schedule and working schedule after training will be different

Work Schedule

* Work a set full-time schedule

  • Work schedules are not Monday - Friday
  • 5-day work schedules
  • Set schedule will include one weekend day and one weekday off
  • Arenaflex customer service hours of operation are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm ET
