Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that customers feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their interactions with arenaflex.

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and helpful support to customers.
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and arenaflex's quality standards.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, often in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop and maintain expertise in arenaflex's products and services.
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring that customer interactions are professional, respectful, and compliant.

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes
  • High level of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
  • NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
