Administrative Assistant

KLAS Research is dedicated to improving healthcare through meaningful conversations and relationships. The Administrative Assistant will connect the sales team with healthcare IT vendors, ensuring professional communication and effective scheduling to support team success.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with clients to coordinate meetings, respond to inquiries, and resolve scheduling-related needs
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
  • Arrange and book domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless itineraries
  • Assist with the completion and submission of travel and expense reports
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation related to administrative processes, records, and client coordination
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure team success
