Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Principal - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for:

Delivery and Execution (10%):

+ Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure alignment and scope. + Review recommended solutions to ensure products meet company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.

Strategy and Planning (60%):

+ Partner with Cross-Functional Programs or Technology Portfolios to align outcomes. + Cascade context to leadership and strategy to balanced teams using OKRs. + Lead cross-functional discovery and create holistic roadmaps with dependencies.

Team and Stakeholder Management (30%):

+ Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. + Foster collaboration across teams and portfolios to drive value and resolve impediments. + Manage stakeholder expectations and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and user experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
