Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with our business operations and financial analysis teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform strategic decision making. Your expertise in data analysis, business operations, and financial analysis will be critical in supporting our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners
- Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
- Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
- Work with different data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response
- Archive work processes related to key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
- Work with Data Engineers and system architects to support documentation and executions of data set plans
- Construct vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
- Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making convincing storytelling for leader audiences
- Support Planning and Delivery Activities with impromptu demands from our partners
Essential Capabilities
* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields
- Four-year college education in a technical field - Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, Software Engineering
- Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
- Understanding of social data set plan and capability
- Solid math and analytical skills
- You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical fitness, unwavering discernment and conveying, and extraordinary direction
- Fruitful collaboration and time usage abilities
- You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a stride back and grasp the master plan
- You have astounding composed and oral relational abilities
- A showed capacity to work with designing conveyance groups to examine specialized ideas
- Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a technical field
- Experience working with large data sets and complex data systems
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
