Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of a leading solar energy company.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling high volumes of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver personalized solutions and exceed expectations
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussions
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right methods and tools
  • Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options, and following up to secure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and deliver exceptional experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in the solar energy industry)
  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
  • Experience with iOS and MacOS
  • Ability to work nights and some weekends (rotating shifts)
  • Availability to work 8am – 6pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or 8am – 4pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays

Salary

The salary for this role is $30,000-$40,000 per year, depending on experience.
