Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative and Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing data entry tasks in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Preparing information for data entry and ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Providing entry-level support for the data entry function, including answering customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Performing high-volume data entry work, including typing, faxing, and verifying data
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program strategies and ensuring timely data entry and file management
  • Operating data entry devices to perform a range of keypunching, data entry, and verification tasks
  • Reviewing and confirming data before entry, and performing daily audits and data entry adjustments
  • Training new data entry employees on our computer system and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Ensuring compliance with data entry requirements and maintaining accurate records

Essential Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
