We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative and Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and data entry services to our clients. This is a flexible part-time or full-time opportunity that allows you to work from home and create your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative and Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing data entry in EMR systems
  • Preparing information for data entry
  • Providing entry-level support for the data entry function
  • Performing high-volume data entry work
  • Completing clerical functions or data entry jobs
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program strategies
  • Reviewing and confirming data before entry
  • Performing daily audits and data entry adjustments
  • Training new data entry employees on computer systems
  • Ensuring timely data entry and file management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
