Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join the arenaflex team. As a vital member of the sales support team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers, ensuring that all customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner. The goal of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and drive business growth through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle key pick-up requests, transportation, and routing questions related to delivery
  • Process will-call orders and provide customers with invoice copies as needed
  • Manage credits and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain a call list to ensure regular communication with customers and Account Executives
  • Monitor orders before the cut-off time to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate regularly with Account Executives and customers to ensure seamless service
  • Manage same-day deliveries for the operating company
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor to support the team and drive business success

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support
  • Strong telephone communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to sit and work at a PC for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous call center experience
  • Experience in the foodservice distribution industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
