  • Work primarily in a remote setting, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, to provide overnight support to our customers
  • Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide assistance in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Promptly dispatch technicians to assist customers, providing them with all necessary job details and ensuring seamless business operations
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary
  • Foster excellent relationships with clients, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Utilize computer systems, software, and technology to manage customer interactions, dispatch technicians, and maintain accurate records

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably within an HVAC company or similar field
  • Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computers, including MS Word and Excel, and the ability to type 30 words per minute
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
  • Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
