Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced commission-based sales representative to join our remote chat support team for arenaflex's shipping container division. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers using our cutting-edge software. Your primary focus will be engaging with customers via chat, encouraging them to place orders, and closing sales directly on the chat. You'll also be assigned leads to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls. With daily training and mentorship, you'll have the support you need to achieve your sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using arenaflex's software

  • Engage with customers via chat, encouraging them to place orders
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using the company's system
  • Assign leads to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with mentors and peers in a Q&A group to share best practices and overcome challenges

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using software applications and technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Familiarity with shipping containers or the logistics industry
  • Knowledge of sales software and technology
  • Certification in sales or customer service
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
