Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced commission-based sales representative to join our remote chat support team for arenaflex's shipping container division. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers using our cutting-edge software. Your primary focus will be engaging with customers via chat, encouraging them to place orders, and closing sales directly on the chat. You'll also be assigned leads to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls. With daily training and mentorship, you'll have the support you need to achieve your sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advertise and sell shipping containers using arenaflex's software
- Engage with customers via chat, encouraging them to place orders
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using the company's system
- Assign leads to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with mentors and peers in a Q&A group to share best practices and overcome challenges
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role
