What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, providing solutions rather than excuses
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need
- Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure a positive outcome
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
- Developing rapport with customers through positive and upbeat interactions, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs

Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening multiple tabs
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing
- Residency in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
