Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality service and support to our customers and fleet partners via phone, email, and chat/text
- Solving problems and thoughtfully addressing issues experienced by our customers and partners
- Acting as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience
- Ability to type 50+ WPM
- College degree or equivalent work experience
