Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our digital databases. Your primary responsibilities will include inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure data integrity. Responsibilities

* Confidentiality and Data Security: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer information and adhere to arenaflex's data security protocols to protect our clients' data.

  • Data Input and Verification: Input customer and account data into digital databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Verify data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output to guarantee data quality.
  • Data Compilation and Sorting: Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. Apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient data management.
  • Research and Documentation: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, ensuring that all necessary data is collected and accurately recorded.
  • Reporting and Backup: Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to maintain data integrity and ensure business continuity.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scan documents and print files, when needed, to support data entry and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential for this role.

  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools, are required for efficient data entry and management.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot data entry issues to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain data quality and accuracy.
  • Experience: Experience working in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
