Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to promote products or services, building strong relationships and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Utilizing data entry skills to accurately and efficiently process customer information and transactions
  • Handling cash transactions with precision, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining phone etiquette standards during customer interactions, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every customer

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (Multilingual/Bilingual preferred)
  • Proficient in computerized systems for data entry, with experience in handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Familiarity with Spanish language is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in using computerized systems and software applications

As a remote call center team member, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including:

  • 10 hour shifts
  • 12 hour shifts
  • 4 hour shifts
  • 8 hour shifts
  • Afternoon shifts
  • Day shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Night shifts
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed
  • Holidays as needed
