Job Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Sales Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing live chat conversations with customers on our clients' websites and social media pages. This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will work independently, following provided steps and instructions to deliver exceptional customer support and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage live chat conversations with customers on our clients' websites and social media pages - Respond to incoming inquiries from customers, providing support and sales information as needed - Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support - Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

- Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions - Have 10+ hours of availability per week - Reliable internet connection - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
