Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience. You'll assist with various inquiries, resolve issues, and support the overall operations at the airport or call centers. Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers with check-in and boarding processes

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Assist customers with luggage and other travel-related needs
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide support during irregular operations and emergencies
