Work Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Remote Jobs (Wfh), you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing arenaflex's data entry techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system
• Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing
• Investigating to acquire missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
• Settling all data entry related to special cases
• Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settling outbound calls to prescribers and patients depending on the situation
• Settling Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual account requirements
• Settling on phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Exceptions
• Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas
• Identifying and reporting issues to senior-level staff as necessary

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online)
• Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online
• Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally
• 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment

• At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents)
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
