Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex's standards
  • Investigating and troubleshooting issues with pop fountain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintaining all refrigeration equipment in good working condition to prevent downtime and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Moving equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed solutions to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair soft drink fountain machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service, or a related field)

  • Previous experience in customer support, technical services, or a related field
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment, refrigeration systems, and related technologies
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, or mechanical)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
