Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering a high volume of data from multiple sources into our arenaflex database. Your primary duties will include ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting errors, and maintaining a daily production log to track your progress.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Enter customer and account data from various sources into corresponding fields within arenaflex database software
- Identify and correct errors using appropriate quality control methods
- Review data for discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Notify applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information
- Maintain a daily production log to ensure all time and work is accurately documented
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills:
- Excellent alpha and number recognition skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour (equivalent to 45-50 wpm)
- Two years of experience in a full Data Entry capacity is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a group
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
- Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying
Required Experience
To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a full Data Entry capacity is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with data entry software and systems
- Knowledge of data quality control methods and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
