Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints, including rental and return processes, loyalty customer services, and exit gate assistance. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, provide top-notch customer service, and contribute to the growth and success of our airport operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots, including checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of loyalty customers, and assisting customers at exit gates or checking-in cars at return.

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform various tasks, including data entry, typing, and operating handheld devices, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's safety and quality standards.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, as required by the business.

What We're Looking For

* Valid Driver's License

  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
