Job Summary
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our existing policyholders, third parties, and agents. You will work closely with customers to resolve their insurance-related questions, inquiries, and concerns, and will be expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services. This is a remote position, and you will be working from home, so you must have a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, third parties, and agents via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Promote digital self-service capabilities to customers and encourage them to use our online resources
- Take ownership of customer interactions and strive to exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on our products and services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and processes
- Spanish bilingual a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits
The annualized base pay range for this role is $40,685 - $61,027. In addition to your base pay, you will also be eligible for a range of benefits and perks, including:
