Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to residential and business customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Utilizing computer software and systems to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
- A strong understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
- Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and the ability to learn new software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
- A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability, thoroughness, and a commitment to excellence
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we welcome candidates with:
- Work experience in a call center environment
- Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
Schedule and Location
We offer flexible shifts to accommodate your needs, including:
- Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
- Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
As a work-from-home position, you will be required to work from your primary residence located in an blithequark service area.
