Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience (preferably in a similar industry)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in operating computers and software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
