Job Summary

As a No Experience Required Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing them with outstanding support through various communication channels. Your friendly demeanor, willingness to help, and exceptional communication skills will leave a lasting impression on our clients and their customers. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
  • Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds our clients' expectations
  • Assisting customers with their orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to their purchases
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications
