Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need: ### Educational Background - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. ### Experience - Minimum of 3 years in a customer support role, preferably in a technology-focused environment. ### Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with online support tools and platforms; knowledge of blithequark products is highly desirable. ### Personality Traits -
