Fully Remote - Experienced Sales and Leadership Position - Urgently Hiring

The Bradford Agency, in partnership with Symmetry Financial Group, powered by Quility Financial is looking for an Experienced, commission-based sales agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. If selected, you will actively seek out and engage prospective customers in order to sell our product and/or services. You will be experienced enough to lead a team and provide ongoing support to them as you grow your business. Commissions are substantially higher than industry average with the ability and opportunity to earn (give yourself) contract increases every month to every three months depending on your level. For example: You have the Opportunity to give yourself a 5% - 15% raise in your first 30 - 90 days. The ideal candidate is someone who understands Insurance and sales as well as Leadership. He/She also knows that regardless of their current circumstances, there is more "out there" and is willing to work for it if given the opportunity, leadership and training. They are someone with high energy, a curiosity about the industry, and the tenacity to get things done. This person will be coachable, bring a desire to help our clients, think outside the box, have a deep passion for self-improvement. Responsibilities:

  • Engage lead flow - Prospect new sales leads by making an initial contact via our various platforms; text, phone email, etc. Engage the client and assist them in the proper selection of products. Initially places 300-500 telephone dials and 40-60 contacts (conversations) to set an average of 15-20 sales consultation appointments per week to encourage the purchase of the various life insurance and financial products offered. (Within a short time, you should be able to accomplish the 15-20 appointments per week with far fewer dials/conversations). Be the point person for referring clients with advanced needs to your team's Certified, Advanced Markets Specialist (and share in the commissions).
  • Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Coordinate Zoom meetings and calls between the new clients, your calendar and/or Advanced Market Specialists.
  • Customer support – Be responsive to calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future or new products or services. Be "Out of the box" solutions oriented.
  • Mentor new Agents - After a short learning curve, you will be expected to help find, onboard and guide new Agents to success using our proven, step-by-step system.

Important: This is a 100% Commission based sales role. An insurance license is required prior to earning commissions. I will subsidize the cost of you obtaining your license by providing a discount code which reduces your cost of obtaining your license significantly. Most new team members coming aboard unlicensed, are able to complete licensing within 10-days. We recommend that you stay in your current role (if applicable) until you have established your license and completed your initial training (can be accomplished while waiting for your license to be issued).
