Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Associate to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining data quality, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality
  • Maintaining data integrity, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless data processing operations, sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to clear necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 45wpm
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field
  • Knowledge of data processing software and systems
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
