Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer requests, questions, and challenges across all channels (email, SMS, and call)
  • Utilizing help articles to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Collaborating with your team to provide seamless support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Providing exceptional customer service, reflecting the highest level of professionalism in all interactions
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert support

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A natural ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and multitask
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
  • An aptitude to learn technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with macOS and iOS is required
  • Previous Salesforce experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and auto dealer products is desirable
